Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders, duly registered with Income Tax
and sales Tex Departments and active on Tax payer list, for the supply of
following aircraft spare parts applicable on Cessna-172K.

1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain list of other terms & conditions from the undersigned on any working day.
2. Single stage two envelope procedure will be adopted. Technical & Financial proposals should be submitted in separate envelopes with the fact being clearly marked on each. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened.
3. Confirmation from the bidder: quoted price will not be increase at later stage.
4. Contract shall be awarded to the package wise lowest bidder.
5. Last date of bids receiving shall be at 11:30 on 9th May 2024
6. All bids shall be opened at 12:00 hrs on 9th May 2024 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
7. Bids must be valid for at least 60 days.
8. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under clause 47 of KPPRA rules 2014
